Last year, Head Office staff at Baillieston Community Care introduced ‘Dress Down Fridays’ as a meaningful way to raise money for a chosen charity. The charity chosen at random was Cancer Research UK, and through our collective commitment, we managed to raise an impressive sum of £800 to aid their crucial work.
Encouraged by the success of the previous year, we have decided to continue doing ‘dress down Friday’. Once again, Head Office staff nominated a chosen charity, and the charity drawn at random was the ‘Beatson Cancer Charity’, an organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
With renewed enthusiasm, we are excited to come together once again every Friday, as we channel our contributions towards this fantastic charity.
