Our care at home service is available to anyone aged 16 years or over, and is offered to people with a wide range of conditions including: Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Injuries, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Stroke, Learning disabilities, Cognitive Impairment, Alcohol Related Brain Damage (ARBD), Mental Health care.

Our out of hours service operates outwith the hours above. Out of these hours we have a dedicated 24/7 on call service which is automatically directed to the on call Manager via our main office number.
