Care at Home Service
Our care at home service is designed for individuals aged 16 and over and supports those with a broad range of neurological conditions and physical disabilities. Our expertise includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Injuries, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Stroke, Learning Disabilities, Cognitive Impairment, Alcohol-Related Brain Damage (ARBD), and various Mental Health conditions.
In addition to our care at home services, we offer a range of tailored Supported Living services aimed at helping individuals live independently and actively within their local communities. We collaborate closely with those we support, their families, and other professionals to ensure that our services are both appropriate and of the highest quality.
Our Supported Living services include:
• Employment and Education Support: Assisting with finding and maintaining employment and pursuing educational opportunities.
• Domestic Support: Helping with daily household tasks and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Family Respite: Providing temporary relief for family caregivers, allowing them time to rest and recharge.
• Befriending: Offering companionship and social interaction to enhance well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
• Dementia Care: Delivering specialised support tailored to the unique needs of individuals living with dementia.
• Social Support: Facilitating engagement in social activities and community involvement.
• Palliative & End of Life Care: Offering compassionate care and support during the final stages of life, ensuring dignity and comfort.

Our out of hours service operates outwith the hours above. Out of these hours we have a dedicated 24/7 on call service which is automatically directed to the on call Manager via our main office number.
