Peace of mind for families. Security for those at home.
Our Reassurance Service combines simple technology, smart home sensors, and regular human check-ins to help families stay connected and confident their loved one is safe.
Baillieston Community Care is delighted to announce our new Reassurance Service designed to support people living at home and give their families confidence that help, connection, and monitoring are in place.
Our Reassurance Service uses smart, discreet technology to help monitor vulnerable individuals who may be at risk of falls or other concerns in their own home. The service includes a smart camera that connects directly to the individual’s television, allowing them to stay connected with loved ones through easy video calls. Smart sensors can also be placed in key areas of the home to provide gentle reassurance around daily routines and home conditions, helping families feel more at ease.
Delivered in partnership with Advanced Technology Solutions.

Reassurance Service – Scope and Responsibilities
The Reassurance Service is designed to provide peace of mind through technology, monitoring, and wellbeing check-in calls. While Baillieston Community Care will monitor information provided through the service and raise concerns where appropriate, this service does not replace hands-on care or emergency response services.
Baillieston Community Care is not directly responsible for the day-to-day safety, supervision, or physical wellbeing of the service user. Where concerns are identified, we will notify the named family member or representative in line with agreed procedures. Responsibility for arranging welfare checks, emergency responses, or care visits remains with the family, emergency services, or existing care providers.
The Reassurance Service should be viewed as an additional layer of support and reassurance, not a substitute for personal care, supervision, or emergency intervention.
