About us

Our Commitment to You

At the heart of our service is a commitment to investing in both our staff and technology, enabling us to deliver personalised support packages that are meticulously tailored to your unique needs and budget. We understand that each client is different, which is why we assign a dedicated Service Manager to every individual.

This Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of your care package, ensuring that the highest standards of quality, continuity, and consistency are maintained, particularly during the times when you need it most.

Our services are provided by a team of highly trained professionals, each of whom has undergone rigorous recruitment checks to ensure they meet our exacting standards. This process includes a thorough induction programme, comprehensive ongoing training, and mandatory registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). Our mandatory training modules cover crucial areas such as Moving & Assisting, First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety. These sessions are expertly delivered by our in-house Learning & Development Manager, with additional specialised training sourced externally when required to meet the specific needs of individual clients. Additionally, we offer all our staff the opportunity to pursue SVQ training, in line with SSSC registration requirements, further enhancing their skills and qualifications.
