Our services include:
• Getting Out of Bed, Washing, Bathing & Dressing: Providing support to help you get out of bed safely, followed by assistance with personal hygiene tasks such as washing, bathing, and dressing, ensuring you start each day feeling refreshed and ready.
• Toileting Assistance: Offering compassionate and professional help with toileting needs, including catheter care, colostomy management, and continence care, tailored to meet your specific requirements and ensure your comfort and well-being.
• Evening Services: Assisting with your evening routine, including getting ready for bed, tuck-in services to ensure you are settled comfortably, and providing an overnight stay if required, to ensure you have the support you need throughout the night.

Our out of hours service operates outwith the hours above. Out of these hours we have a dedicated 24/7 on call service which is automatically directed to the on call Manager via our main office number.
