Day Service

Our Referral Procedure

Bealach House welcomes referrals from professionals within the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), including GPs, social work services, and other healthcare or social care professionals.

We understand that every individual has unique needs, so we offer flexibility in how you can engage with our service. If you and a family member would like to visit Bealach House, we can arrange a tour to give you a sense of our environment and the services we offer. Alternatively, if it’s more convenient, a member of our dedicated staff can visit your home to conduct an assessment of your needs and preferences.

If you decide to join our service, you will initially be offered a placement of one day per week. This allows you to experience the supportive atmosphere of Bealach House and determine if it meets your needs. After an initial trial period of 4 to 6 weeks, we will invite you to a review meeting to discuss your experience and gather feedback. At this meeting, you will be assigned a Key Worker who will collaborate with you to create a personalised care plan tailored to your specific requirements and goals.

Following the development of your care plan, you may also be offered the opportunity to attend a second day per week, subject to availability. Our aim is to ensure that your experience at Bealach House is as fulfilling and beneficial as possible, with ongoing support that evolves according to your needs.
