At Bealach House we operate an open and easily accessible referral procedure. You or your carer can contact us in person by telephone, email or your GP/health professional or Social Worker can do this for you.
Once we have received a referral from you, we will arrange a visit to your home to assess if our service is suitable and can meet your needs.
The mission of Bealach House Day Service is to provide a high quality day service to people with a diagnosis of dementia; attempt to improve their quality of life; maintain social skills and encourage integration within the local community.

Our out of hours service operates outwith the hours above. Out of these hours we have a dedicated 24/7 on call service which is automatically directed to the on call Manager via our main office number.
