Once our Care Manager has visited you in your home, to meet face-to-face and check we’ve got everything covered, we’ll confirm the cost of your care package. There are no hidden costs or lengthy notice periods.
Whether you intend to apply for funding or pay privately, the very first thing you need to do is to have an assessment by your local HSCP. There should not be a focus on finances until a full needs assessment has been completed by Social Services. It is possible that your local authority may want to discuss finances with you, however you can insist that the needs assessment is completed first.

Private care at home starts from £18.50 per hour, per worker
and depends on your location and specific care needs, with differences for overnight care and support provided during some bank holidays.
