We are delighted to announce our new awards scheme for 2024! Throughout the year, every month, staff at Baillieston Community Care and Extended Personal Care will be able to nominate their colleagues for an award. The award will be different for each month. The award categories are as follows;

March – Care Learning Award
April – Excellence in Care Award
May – Care Ambassador Award
June – Compliance Award
July – Long Service Award
August – Positive Impact Award
September – Newcomer Award
October – Care Champion Award
November – Outstanding Achievement Award
December – Employee of the Year & Special recognition Award
The purpose of these awards are to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
The winners will receive an award, a certificate and a gift.
