We are delighted to announce that we have successfully secured £12,038.00 in funding from Creative Breaks to provide flexible respite care at home to support Carers of individuals living with dementia providing “ME” time.
Cared for individuals will receive home befriending/activities. Respite would be provided to carers whose caring roles are the most demanding.
