Introducing our Inaugural Impact Report 24/25
Baillieston Community Care and Extended Personal Care are proud to launch the first edition of our Impact Report for the financial year 2024 to 2025.
This is our most substantial publication to date, featuring an incredible 48 pages of content. Inside, you will find detailed reports from every service across our organisation, including our Care at Home Services, Bealach House Day Service, Calico House Care Home, the Care Technology Project, Case Studies, a full breakdown of company income and expenditure, and so much more!
This new Impact Report replaces the previous “Care Matters” magazine, and you can now expect this publication annually each winter.
Physical copies of the report will be available at Head Office from the week beginning 15 December. A copy will also be sent to every service user supported by Baillieston Community Care and Extended Personal Care. Staff and visitors to Head Office are welcome to pick up a free copy.
A message from David Reilly, Chief Executive
“I am delighted and extremely proud to share what we have been working on over the past two months. Our aim was to create a report that truly reflects the impact of our work and demonstrates why our services are vital to the people we support.
For the first time, we have produced a comprehensive overview of all services within our organisation, offering insight into key analytics, performance outcomes, and financial activity. Reviewing this report before publication really highlights the scale and importance of the work we do, and I could not be prouder to lead this organisation.
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to every single member of staff within Baillieston Community Care & Extended Personal Care for their ongoing dedication, passion, and commitment. We simply could not achieve any of this without you.
I would also like to thank our Head of Comms and Marketing, Connor McFarlane, for his outstanding dedication and hard work in developing this publication.
As we look ahead to the coming year, we remain committed to strengthening our services, embracing innovation, and continuing to put people at the heart of everything we do. I look forward to building on the progress we have made and working together to achieve even more for the communities we support.
Thank you and enjoy the read!”
