Calico House Update – Managerial Change
Baillieston Community Care and Extended Personal Care would like to give a special mention to Angela Hendry, who has officially stepped down from her role as Home Manager at Calico House.
Angela has been an invaluable part of Calico House, leading with compassion, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to the people we support. Her leadership has helped shape the warm, person-led environment that Calico House is known for today.
While Angela is stepping down as Home Manager, we’re delighted that she’ll continue to be part of the Calico House family in her new part-time role as Charge Nurse. Her knowledge, experience, and caring nature will no doubt continue to make a lasting difference to residents and staff alike.
We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Angela for her dedication and leadership — and wish her all the very best as she takes on this new chapter within the team.
We are delighted to announce that, as of today, Hayley McKay, formerly Deputy Home Manager, has officially stepped into the role of Home Manager at Calico House.
Hayley has been a dedicated and valued member of the Calico House team, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, compassion, and a deep commitment to providing the highest standard of care. Her positive energy and genuine passion for supporting both residents and staff make her the perfect fit to lead Calico House into its next chapter.
We’re excited to see Hayley bring her own vision and drive to the role, continuing to build on the strong foundations already in place while guiding the team with professionalism and heart.
